Shawn and I were racing a bit and he outdid me by 4 jumps! I found the strength to curse him as I collapsed, dead, on the floor. Awesome job! I also have an ass cramp that wont quit. Foam roll it!
sweet italian sausage, bell peppers, onion, olives, and spinach in the oven. Bangin.
New food I'm trying: mineral water. Pretty tasty and lots of lovely minerals. Comes in a big glass bottle, too :)

It's like a Bigfoot sighting!
Well, I wish I were away for so long because I went somewhere tropical, ancient, or otherwise seriously kickass - but really, it was just a busy and slightly lethargic two weeks. I did, however, go to Niagra Falls [in the rain] and watch Brian's debut fight - and had an MBTA "adventure" after getting pretty buzzed with Ma Dukes. Go to Yard House by Fenway...200 taps guys. 200. Taps. And the onion rings...oh god. And pineapple on my burger, but I digress...

Was a lot harder than it looked...35# barball, 2 12# dumbbells, 25# plate, 14#medball. Burpees are as lovely as ever, and then I almost broke my neck trying to do situps on a huge bouncy ball.
Steak, avocado - with - lemon. Friggen awesome. New favorite meal.
Pleased as punch to be back, see you Thursday.

Bucking Furpees
So, I went and opened my big stupid mouth and now we have decided on a 1000 burpee challenge. First person to 1000, cutoff is midnight April 30th. That boils down to 38.46 burpees a day. If one of you figures out how to do .46 burpees, well, damn. We are NOT counting burpees included in CFSK WODs. Split them up any way you wish day to day or week to week. The only stipulation is that you are DONE by the end of the month.
Keep track of how you section them out and how that changes as you get better and better. Should be interesting. Rewarding. Maybe - by the end of the month - fun :)

Three rounds to....
Today highlighted what a shittastic (my phone knows that word) mess my cardio is. Went up one wall ball weight ...12, hot damn...and discovered how inefficient ass-to-the-floor squats are and that they wreck my form. Makes me want to do burpees daily....maybe.

Bike 1
Put on the wind breaker and padded pants for a quick hilly ride tonight. 6.2 miles in an unknown amount of time. Discovering just how many muscles are involved in biking; namely, all of them. My hips are already sore. CrossFit at lunch tomorrow, 3-2-1-Go :)
