Shawn and I were racing a bit and he outdid me by 4 jumps! I found the strength to curse him as I collapsed, dead, on the floor. Awesome job! I also have an ass cramp that wont quit. Foam roll it!

New food I'm trying: mineral water. Pretty tasty and lots of lovely minerals. Comes in a big glass bottle, too :)
